The girls are gone for the afternoon and I am left home alone to enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping amongst the silence of our house. They have found the little pine cone sunflower seed feeders we made them and are singing their happiest songs.
Days like this are so good for the soul

It was quite relaxing, Nikole! Mommy's need days like these every so often.
Roxanne, are you doing a garden this year? I am wanting to do one as well, but I think i am seriously lacking a green thumb. We will see!
